Refund Policy

Refunds are not given for change of mind or if the item does not fit. 

Refunds will only be given if an item arrives damaged.  

Due to the nature of the timber, each item is unique and imperfections in the timber will vary. These imperfections include and not limited to, grain variations, small markings and are not considered as a fault, rather a unique piece of raw materials.
Refunds or exchanges will not to be given if you simply do not like how your name reads.
