Due to the nature of the timber, each item is unique and imperfections in the timber will vary. These imperfections include and not limited to, grain variations, small markings, colour of the grain. These are not considered a fault, rather a unique piece of raw materials.
Refunds or exchanges will not to be given if you simply do not like how your name reads. I do not accept returns or exchanges as my items are custom made, but if there is any issues with your item please let me know and I am more than happy to help rectify any issues.

I am located in Melbourne, therefore I kindly ask to allow up to 2-5 days for your parcel to arrive via standard tracked delivery once it has been dispatched. Please understand once your item has been dispatched I am unable to control the speed in which Couriers and Australia Post take to deliver your items.
